Been here nearly a dozen times. It took a while for me to come to a conclusion on this place but here's what I decided: The food is good when prepared correctly and they get your order correct. There have been times when my order wasn't totally correct. It's happened more than I care for within the 12 or so times I've been here. Two of those times they were out of their waffle fries. Fries are a staple for any fast food place so it's strange to me they were out two different times. Their shakes are phenomenal. Pricey, but incredible. At some point I started getting shakes in smaller cups but for the same price. Additionally, it's not uncommon for the person making the shake to not measure things properly and I get only 3/4 of the now-smaller cup filled with product. Not good. Several times while waiting to place my order, the person told me there's a kiosk to use instead. So why have someone behind the register if they're not going to take my order? While the food will be dropped off at your table you're responsible for filling your own drinks and trashing your plates once done. So, with the already expensive costs of your food, why have the audacity to ask for tips when I do place orders? You're not truly being served and waited on, so there shouldn't even be an option to tip. Lastly, there's an attitude problem with most of the people behind the counter. It's as if I'm inconveniencing their day by coming in and wanting to give them business. Out of everything I've listed, I think it's the attitude problem that is discouraging me from coming back. Sometimes I crave the food here, but when I feel like a bother for coming in I then talk myself out of going. Here's my suggestions to improving the store: - Cultural/attitude change with people working the counter. If I'm at the counter, take my order. Don't tell me to use the kiosk. - Shakes need to consistently be filled full in the cup. They're already expensive, so I expect the cup to be full. - Your food is pricey. I'm not asking you to change that. But you need to remove the tip option when paying. I have to walk up to place my order, I have to get my own drinks and refills, I have to trash my own plate when done. Asking for a tip is asinine in this setting.

I found the location somewhat difficult to access, and I nearly entered the Wells Fargo parking lot by mistake due to the layout of the area. Upon arrival, I observed that the cashier/cook appeared distracted. Her boyfriend was spending time in the parking lot, and this seemed to draw her attention away from her responsibilities. She had to come inside to take my order, and I believe this affected the overall quality of the food I received. The wings I was served were very dark and extremely oily. The waffle‑cut fries were also heavily saturated with oil and did not taste good. Based on the appearance and texture of the food, it seemed that the fryer temperature may not have been high enough and should be checked to ensure proper cooking... I am providing this feedback in the hope that it will assist in improving service and food preparation going forward.

Put in an online order that went through on their website. Showed up and the restaurant was not open and they were not answering any calls. Tried texting and the automated response said they were not open and to keep an eye out for the grand opening.

If they had -10 stars I’d give it in a millisecond !! The AUDACITY of selling food that has sat for hours or over night and just reheated like people wouldn’t know. Fries were so old they crumbled in my hands like stale crackers. Chicken was clearly reheated by refrying in OLD chicken grease. The tenders were drier than the Sahara Desert 🏜️. And the containers were clearly thrown in the microwave to reheat this nonsense. The AUDACITY of someone even trying to get away with this shows you the type of people they are. No one should patronize this place.
