  Smh... I went to the deli the lady looked me in my face totally ignored me ...kept talking to her coworkers so I said can you get your manager to help me she came over then her hair net was midway towards the back of her head I asked her would she cover her hair up before she sliced my cheese... she had an attitude and snatched it off and went and put on another one... then I had to ask her to wash your hands before she touched my cheese because she has been messing with her hair at the sink she went mumbling something so when the manager came up I explained to him what she had done not only did he not speak he never commented just stood there never addressed it or even spoke it's really sad how RUDE associates and management run off Food Lion's customers and I've been going to Food Lion almost over 35 years but it was reported to corporate top it off I asked the associates for their names they told me the door was around the corner Smh.....

  Springs road Food Lion has the best associates EVER!! They go out if their way to assist customers in every way possible. So glad this is my local Food Lion I shop at !!

  Myself and my parents frequent this store on a weekly basis, but the experience my mother had this past Saturday will make it our last. The store was not stocked, no food on the shelves, no vegetables or fruits put out, and when my mother questioned what was going on, the MANAGER on shift got in her face and told her that she didn't have to come back to that store. We have shopped there for YEARS, and we will take her advice. You guys need to do better!! I understand that some things may be out due to the recent storms, but to get in someone's face and tell them that they don't have to come to that store is crazy to me. Treating people that have spent tens of thousands of dollars there over the years like that just for them asking why they didn't have anything out is bananas.
