Actually one of the worst fast food experiences i’ve had. Incredibly rude service and bickered/scoffed at me when I told them I got the wrong order, only for them to give me a band aid solution. I ordered the maple bacon chicken croissant and they gave me a honey butter biscuit with no bacon, as a parting gift I got two unheated croissant buns. Thanks, i’ll never eat here again.

The people, including the manager are extremely rude and should not be working with the public. Today was my 3rd time having the same experience. The first two I gave grace and thought maybe it was just bad days but now it just seems to be the way they operate.

Going through drive thru and boy the person handling taking the order was just not service oriented at all. Pull up it's "what you want" "drink" pull forward.literaly sounded a like drill Sargent Possibly short handed busy. Put someone else on the microphone that can handle it.
