Well wasted money. They couldn't replaced it. Cause it was too hot. Couldn't even offer a discount. Highly disappointed in the service we received.

Drive thru seems like they always forget something . Inside cashier always needs manager to do something. Never an in and out fast food place . Also drive thru you pull up and wait up to 5 minutes before they take your order then drive around no one even at the window . they are holding customer until first customer is complete then take your order. BS

Dawson has exceptional customer service! He is so knowledgeable of all questions I asked and made me feel like a valued customer. He greeted me with a smile on his face, he definitely needs a raise! I come there all the time and every time he’s there my experience is amazing. Give this handsome young man employee of the month. He definitely deserves and I will be returning just to see him!

Wish I could zero star it, but I generally have issues at this Wendy’s. My fault for continuing to come back. I, just today, had the manager actively taking a face to face order using cash from somebody in line, look at me and tell me that orders were kiosk only. My fault for only having cash, but she literally just lied to me because she’s actively taking this man’s order. Definitely didn’t look kiosk only to me. I’ve waited too long for my food, been charged wrong before, had my orders wrong before, and just dealt with general rude behavior and attitudes from people such as a “Britany”, who got an attitude with me because she wasn’t listening to my order and had me repeat myself 3 times, literally. I try not to be rude and rarely leave any negative reviews etc on places, but just save yourself some time. This specific location is awful and not worth it.
