As others said, quick service but food not up to par compared to the Paneras in my hometown - I go to 3 of them and checked and yes, hot and cold lattes are on that menu. Super disappointed but the manager kindly refunded the latte. Now I'm looking for a Starbucks for the caffeine jolt for the rest of my drive. tuna salad was way too salty. Chicken rice soup ok. Some cold chunks of potato or something floating in it. No one asked my preference for chips, apple or bread so had that switched before I took the plate. Will not stop here again. Nice staff .
