    Try. To order a spicy chicken sandwich @ drive Thur couldn't get the person in store to understand what I want I thought I was going have to get out of car and go scream into mic to get him to hear me then couldn't understand him when he said something back. That's reason I DON'T LIKE DRIVE THURS OR FAST FOOD BUSINESSES they put people on these windows to take orders and communicate with the public.But NO they place someone there that doesn't speak clear ENGLISH but their language it's BS

    If you want an incorrect order, come here. Cashier asked if I was Mary and I said no, she replied with, " well then what foods yours" and then spoke so fast we couldn't understand her. Got to the window and it was all wrong. Springs rd location in hickory

    We come to you guys like once a week for breakfast and you guys mess up our order EVERY SINGLE TIME. we try to let it slide, because I understand how it is working in food service, but every single time? That’s so crazy. I don’t know if you guys need new management or new crew members, but get it together.
