Ordered large ice caramel coffee with extra cream, caramel syrup with whipped cream, no caramel, and tasted so water down it was nasty AS HELL!!!! The female who was giving us are order was rude, had attitude and was taking her time getting the coffee and was too busy pulling up her pants. There are people who want to work and then you get people like her working hating her job! NEVER COMING BACK HERE!! This location sucks!!

Why was I asked to pull up for a frappe, it got handed to me with no straw and the rude lil girl walked away as I was asking for a straw. I’m on crutches so it’s hard to get in and out of the vehicle. The frappe isn’t even blended, it’s ice and liquid. I Was supposed to receive a “be our guest card” for my last inconvenience that I never received. This Location definitely needs new management or better “customer service” training. Picture of the unblended “frappe”. 🙄

I waited and still ended up with a square egg on my Sausage and Egg McMuffin. Such a common accurance in the drive thru that they get the order wrong.

Ridiculous. I don’t know where they are sourcing this coffee from. BUT IT TAKES TO LONG FOR A CORPORATION LIKE MCDONALDS!!
