Today, I placed a mobile order as pictured below. Male at the window mumbled my order confirming the type of donuts I ordered. Could hardly hear him. Informed him I did NOT want Boston cream to make sure it was Cream Delight as the Boston grosses me out. Ordered 2 of them as seen on my receipt. He confirmed the Cream Delight verbally. I said yes. Got home, wouldn’t you know, I had 1, not 2, Boston Creams, 0 Cream Delights, 2 Vanilla frosted with sprinkles (I ordered 1) and thankfully all 3 Sour Creams. Yes I know it’s just a donut but come on it’s literally counting skills and using your eyeballs to confirm a simple order. 2 stars because for the first time they got my coffee order correct and it didn’t taste like Diabetes Delight.
