  Food & cocktails was amazing, service was amazing thanks to our wonderful waiter “Naomi S.” I would definitely recommend asking for her if she’s not too busy!! Great place to come & eat!! 😍😊 (10/10)!!!

  I order curbside literally just pulled in grabbing my phone to put the spit number and food was brought out to me before I even had a chance to send through my phone excellent curbside service!!!

  Food was decent, but not worth the price. No cheaper options for just entrees with no sides, will still charge you for the sides. Had reservations and we still had to wait for 45 minutes for a table of 6. Waited an hour and half for food. Rude staff, no problem clearing a table though. Had our food brought to us and didn’t even know what we ordered or who it went to. One of our guests food was wrong as well. Would NOT recommend.

  Took the family here for an early dinner on 02/17. It was about 4 pm. We were shocked they dont do Happy Hour on any alcohol. Is this a NC thing? Or just this particular restaurant? We have gotten HH wine deals in the past. Anyways, all of the staff were very friendly and attentive. The restaurant is very nice and clean. Always love the open kitchen concept. Very professional chefs / cooks. Food was all good. Johnny Trio, chicken trio, and chicken parm. The full price wine was good too, haha. Great experience.

  Our server Crystal was absolutely amazing, we eat at Carrabba’s a lot and she by far has been the best ever. She came to our table with a positive attitude, very attentive ,our cups were never empty, she checked on us several times, always offering a friendly and courteous smile. Even though the food has been hit or miss lately, we will be back asking for her. We did not tell Crystal our food was less than average; no seasoning, dry, & the noodles appeared to be cooked for a long time. My husband had to ask for Marsala sauce even though his short ribs said Marsala sauce, left off and dry. My pasta dish Rigatoni Martino lacked flavor, I had maybe 4 mushrooms, 3 scallions, and the sausage was in a big clump on top of the dish, very dry and had no flavor. The dish was not put together, it’s been like this the last two times I’ve ordered it.. My husband normally orders the chicken or steak Marsala, the last few times it’s been very chewy and full of gristle. I ordered the Lasagne a few weeks ago and it also was uneatable, I told our waitress then, but she did not about it. A few friends of mine & I came to eat right before Christmas the waitress never filled our glasses, she disappeared. My to go order after an hour of ordering it still wasn’t ready, we waited another 40 minutes. I’m really glad you have hired someone who knows customer service. Just work on your food, because Carrabba’s use to be our favorite, but for the money we spend, we would like better food. My husband never complains, so has made comments and always says let’s not go to Carrabba’s the food is awful anymore. We also really like the other lady, who is around my age with blonde hair think she may be a front end supervisor, she’s short like me also.. he name has left me for some reason this morning. We are not ones to complain,,but the food has to change. We will be back to see Crystal, shes your saving grace for us to be back. You need more Crystal at your restaurant. We also saw a very nice young man being very attentive, I think he’s new also. He was very polite when we were leaving.
