- CPChristopher Peacock4 days ago1.0I came to your location, Tuesday November 18, 2025, at around 9:06pm, I was staying in hotel right next to the location, and when I walked in their were multiple servers just rolling silverware no one said anything, I went to the bar, which the bar chairs were pulled out as if you guys were closed. The bartender says nothing to me, no smile or anything, if she doesn't like her job so much maybe she shouldn't be in the SERVICE industry!!!

Our friends had never eaten there before and she went over the menu and some of the top sellers and specials. One of the things I was impressed with most was how we never had to even ask for a refill. Because of her suggestion we actually took 2 desserts to go! We will def. Be back!

They turned what could’ve been a culinary episode of Fear Factor into a surprisingly lovely experience. So yes, the food was an “interpretive rendition”, but the people? The people were a 10/10.

Sat down and ate lunch at the bar simply because I was by myself. Immediately Hattie was there. I received the best service from a person that I’ve had in a very long time. She was knowledgeable and kind and attentive.

I came in this week for dinner, around 5:30. They were not really busy yet; however, it still took over 10 minutes before someone came to my table. When the server did come and get my drink order, and left a basket of bread, I asked for some oil and vinegar for my bread. No one ever came back to the table. After waiting another 10 minutes with no one bringing me any oil and vinegar or taking my order, I finally got up and left. I guess I am done with the Hickory Carrabbas. I went to Olive Garden - at least the service there is pretty consistent.
