  I usually never complain, but this was rediculous .My son , Zion had a door dash promo, we chose that route. We ordered , I got green hatch smash burger and a side salad. Lettuce was browner then i like, but even that wouldn't drive me to call or complain. I get to my smash burger , take a bite, and there is nothing on it.. 2 patties, 2 pieces of cheese and bread ..thats it!! That's a $20 meal ?? Surely they will make it right..So I call to speak with the manager during there hours of operation and nobody anwsers..I called 4 times and no one ever answered... they are still open as I write this. I am very disappointed ,a little angry, only bc im hungry . . How does all this happen.. ..

  GASLIGHTING SERVER!!! Me and my bf went there earlier and we got our food and asked for the cookie skillet for dessert . The server said ok I’ll put the order in … 10 minutes later we flagged her down and asked her when it was coming out and she literally said it was on its way out ( a few minutes later we saw another server bring something out to another table ) we waited a few mote minutes before flagging our server down .. and when we asked about the cookie she said “ oh we are out of them .. I told you that “ ???? No she literally didn’t.

  Someone needs to come in this place and help them . Management and service is horrible . I have came here in the last two weeks , thinking maybe let me give them another chance 👎🏼👎🏼.

  Place was dead. Three couples plus us and our waitress said she was already clocked out but the next waitress was late and didn't know when she'd be in. We left after 15 minutes waiting. Told the hostess it's ridiculous that the other staff working the bar or her can't take a food order. If you sat on the bar side you got served. We were seated in the nobody gives a crap section.

  We sat in last night 01/16/26, and it just seemed to me to be a poorly managed restaurant. The girl that sat us had yo go check with like 4 people before she sat us in which area then she ended up being out waitress. The food was decent but took forever to come out. We both ordered sweet teas. The whole time we sat there we got one sweet tea refill, not one each. Just one. Then at the end she comes by, our cups are bone dry, I’ve been without a drink for maybe 10-15 mins with no visit from waitress. She says ready for check? I said sure. She says would you like 2 sweet teas to go? I said yes. She then brings me the receipt where we paid and said yall have a nice night, and gave us no tea. Ridiculous in my book.
