- TRTara RinkOct 19, 20251.0Orders are wrong all the time. I’ve been sick 2 times now from eating chicken supremes. They also do not tell the truth. I wish you could give zero starts. The manager of this establishment needs to learn, manners and how to speak with people on the telephone as well as in person. I spoke to the gentleman twice, and I was very nice to him as he was very rude to me. Publix has way better chicken than Bojangles, Lowe’s does as well and it’s cheaper.

Every other time I've gone through the drive through, my order is missing something when I get home, and I have my grandkids with me, so it's more trouble than it's worth to load them up in the car and go back. When we go inside the restaurant, there are very few employees so it takes longer than you would expect at a fast food place to get your food.
