This isn’t the first time I’ve had an issue, but this experience was especially frustrating. I received my food 30 minutes after the promised time. The restaurant was out of Bo’s Bites but didn’t inform us — instead, they substituted Supremes without saying anything. We only found out there was a shortage after pointing out that our order was incorrect. No alternative was offered, which left one of my kids without a meal since Supremes are too spicy. They were also out of tea containers but didn’t communicate that either; instead, they brought out four large teas. When we asked if they could be remade without ice — as the half gallons typically come without ice and we weren’t planning to drink them immediately — our request was refused. Additionally, two meals were combined into a single combo box, and we were shorted a biscuit. I’m not sure which is more disappointing — the experience I had at the Brookford location or the fact that I reached out to corporate the same day requesting follow-up and never received a single response.
