There is always a ridiculous wait, usually very limited selection, and the service is terrible every time. Every time. I could understand being understaffed and out of product but at the very least should have amazing customer service.

Stood there for 20 minutes after going through the drive through because they did not give me a sandwich then completely didn’t add the 4 hashbrowns I asked for. Was ignored at the front counter - I will never be visiting the poorly operated dunkin again
