  Drive thru here is pretty efficient. The only thing is there isnt a dedicated mobile order lane and it all bottle necks to one line. But the food is always good and they rarely mix up the orders.

  They have a system and it works great!!! The way the handle their drive thru during lunch hours is impressive. If you are hungry and limited on time this is the place to go!!

  Awful experience. I get we showed up 10 minutes prior to close but the person taking your order didn’t even let you speak. She repeated “what else” at least 50 times before you could even say what you wanted. Rushed us through our order just to make us wait at the window for 10 minutes just to give us wrong items. If you didn’t have sweet tea I simply would’ve ordered something else. Got overcharged as well. If you don’t like your work hours then quit! You’re open until 10, so provide correct service until 10. Instead of talking to boys walking around the building maybe do your job correctly.

  Not only did I feel really rushed when ordering. They had not given me the strawberry hibiscus unsweetened tea that I had also ordered and gave me an attitude about it when I asked about it. Along with the parfait coming with only less then half a strawberry. And not getting all the sauces I requested for. I will not be going to this place again. Though the biscuits that I ordered were good.

  I was just in the drive through. Granted they are very busy. The lady takes my order and tells me to follow the white truck in front of me, which I do. This turns out to be the incorrect order, the customer behind me gets his food and then as he is pulling around me he yells at me “there’s a reason to stay in the order you’re told!!” And drives off. As he does this, the workers are laughing and I even explain to one of the workers that I was told to follow the car infront of me and that I didn’t intentionally try to skip the line, I was doing as I was told. She says “okay” laughs and walks away. Maybe next time you guys should be on top of the actual order so that innocent customers like myself aren’t blamed and yelled at by other customers for your mistakes. No accountability on their part whatsoever. 0/10 experience. Chickfila condones others customers to yell at other customers on their behalf apparently.
