  Every time I order my food is amazing and every time I come the place is clean clean as too some other places in hickory this the spot for me

  Stopped in for lunch and stood at the window for several minutes being ignored. When someone did try to help me, the manager said "don't worry about him" absolute BS service, or lack thereof.

  I wanted this to be a good experience but this might be some of the worst fast food I have ever tried. The food was pretty awful and weird tasting and the shakes were not any better. Service was really slow but the staff seemed okay. Overall, im left with a stomachache and nausea and that is unfortunately all that I'm taking away from trying this place.

  Waited in the drive thru for ever till they took my order. Then had to wait forever to get my food. They were in the restaurant acting like they didn't care if they were there. Probably will not be eating here again! This is the second time I've had a bad experience.

  Not usually one to leave a negative review, but this one deserves some attention. If you order through the app, even if you pay for it through the app, the staff will refuse to serve you unless you’re at the “correct” window. There were no cars ahead of me and no line at all tonight, yet I was told I had to drive all the way around the building just to pick up my order. The best part? The same employee who refused to hand it to me at the first window walked over and handed me the food at the other one. To make it even better, the “correct” window is on the passenger side and I was alone, so I had to practically crawl across the seats to grab the bag. I understand employees have rules to follow, and I don't fault her necessarily, but when there’s zero line and it’s the same person handing over the order anyway, just hand me the food. What a pointless hassle. Why would I come back after this? Beyond silly!
