  Employees have an attitude problem. Paid $15 for a Philly that barely had any meat or cheese on it. Bread was stale! Used to be my favorite food place in the mall. Very disappointed

  I had been going here for years and haven't been in along time. Today me and my granddaughters came but the food i usually get did not taste the same as good as it used too. My granddaughter got the gourmet fries and wanted extra ranch so when I told the girl if I could get extra ranch I thought it was going to be in a cup. She proceeded to squirt alot I mean alot of ranch all over fries thus probably ruining them with more sogginess. I just took it when she was done. I won't be back

  Finally made it to the mall to have a Philly Cheesesteak and man! it was worth it! It was as close to perfect as a sandwich/sub can be! Can't wait to go back .. soon!
