- KKKeisha1 day ago1.0I went through the drive thru and there was a young girl there that seemed to not want to be working at that moment. She was extremely slow and had the worst attitude. My sister and I had separate orders. I ordered the 12 pc family meal and she gave me two containers of tea and realized that only one came with the meal and asked for one of them back. When my sister got her order of Bo round s my sister asked for ketchup. The drive thru lady said with an attitude "of course". My chicken was overcooked and hard. The fries were cold , the macaroni and cheese were inedible. I will not visit that one again. .

First they didn't give me all the order so I had to stand out in the cold because the lobby was closed to get my boberry biscuits then I start eating and the chicken was so dry I almost choked because they DID NOT give me any of the condiments that I ordered and they did not once say thank you or you're welcome or I'm sorry let me get thAt for you. The little girl at the window needs to be taught some manners and how to deal with the public because only thing she did was be rude and act like we was messing her time up and have her nose stuck in the air!!!! SUPER PISSED....YOU HAVE ONE JOB PEOPLE!!

Wasn't even able to speak to an actual person... 😔 😟 Other than that food came out hot, when I did see a person they were nice. Place looked clean. He did go in and ate.
