  Man back in the day we would get secret shopped and randomly visited by the DM, when it was the good DM, watching the roast beef getting pulled out of a drawer wamer and not sliced fresh from the slicer was very sad compared to how it used to be ran and the way this sandwich looked and was presented would not have flown by the old DM or the manager. The top bun was broken apart and not holding anything on the sandwich, should have been tossed in waste and used a better one it was so sloppy and messy and wasn't cut all the way through to the bottom. We used to get marked on all of this. And whoever thought it was a good idea to take out the booths and tables in the corners that allowed 3 different seating options for those single tall tables and chairs which I dont think anyone likes was ridiculous. Also removing half of the other seating and just leaving a big open space I dont know what they were thinking when the "remodel" was done but it's not it. And the floor just looks like an unfinished garage or warehouse floor.

  After multiple surveys sent to me and multiple times saying yes to, "do I want someone to reach back out to me" I am now giving a review. Ray Charles could clearly see this particular store is understaffed. The two employees working were completely overwhelmed, the store was full of people just standing around waiting. I order online to save time because I am currently short staffed at my own retail location. That is why I was hesitant and waited two weeks to write a review because I do understand the situation to some degree and I felt really sorry for the guys working there at the time. I sincerely hope I never have to put my employees under such stress. After multiple people ordering and leaving, I asked about my online order after 20 minutes of waiting. I finally received my order and left only to find that there was only one sandwich correct, the rest of the order must have been someone else's. This was a large order including multiple sandwiches and sides. I requested a refund on both of the surveys sent to me. Mistakes happen, understandable, however if you're going to waste my time filling out a survey to try and resolve any issues and just never respond the fail is with the company not the store. Again, mistakes are going to happen, people don't remember the actual mistake, people remember how you handled it.

  1 pack of Arby's sauce per sandwich and 25 cents for another 3 packs of ketchup for a large fry. This is my last meal here. I understand limits but those are ridiculous.

  I havnt been to an Arby’s in a couple years. Went at 7:30pm tonight. Just randomly wanted a beef and cheddar. Very slow service for not being busy. Took forever and my fries and sandwiche was cold fries hard. Manager outside smoking. Disappointed I don’t care to wait if my food is fresh

  Was expecting a little better considering the general manager Alex was running DT. Literally no personality. Didn’t greet or anything, food was cold and oil taste old . The curly fries were the bottom of the bag . Not a whole one and my large curly fry was only half full. Revisit who you put into roles because this guy is not it.
