    Being black couldn’t get any worse at this food lion. They walk around in circles while you scan your items making it very uncomfortable at self checkout. They also scan your items without asking permission. And now implemented not using insta cart at self checkout as there own rule for this location. Definitely not my place to go anymore.

    Instead of implementing a AI at your self checkouts, why not get rid of self check out all together? Wild that you get accused of stealing from a robot when you scan the same item twice. I'll make the drive to walmart instead, where checkouts are actually open and not being used as beta testing for theft AI cause their theft prevention is competent and human. The savings aren't worth the hassle of everyone looking at ya like a thief.
