  They did a good job. They were busy but still got our food out in a timely manner. I wish I knew her name.... One lady came up front to assist a senior citizen at the counter who could not order at the kiosk. Such a heart and great customer service!

  My husband was across town so he decided to pick up Taco Bell for dinner. After leaving the store he quickly realized that he was given the wrong order. No problem, things happen! He went back and they proceeded to remake our order. While he was waiting a man handed him two Taco Bell cards as a way to “make it right”. My husband thought that was super kind! Well, turns out the man handed my husband two cards that hadn’t even been activated. As we called the number on the back upon arriving home. What an odd thing to do, right? Especially since he wasn’t expecting ANYTHING besides the right order. We have frequented this location for many years but after this we won’t be back.

  Don’t go to the drive thru unless you have a little over an hour to spare (not exaggerating) Go inside and you’ll have your food before the line outside moves an inch

  The drive thru takes average of 45 minutes any time after like 2:00 pm and ordering inside is not AS slow but it still takes a very long time. Even with all that time to make them the orders are almost never correct. Genuinely have no idea how it’s still like this after months of being closed while remodeling and redoing the system

  This Taco Bell SUCKS - the line is ALWAYS wrapped around the building and into the street, it’ll take upwards of 30 minutes to get your food, if you even get it at all, and most of the time your order is wrong. They lock the cafe down at 11 pm despite the fact that they don’t even close until 3 am, and they won’t let you get your food if you mobile order unless you go through the drive through even if it’s too long to even be able to get in the drive through line. The workers have attitude and no customer service skills. Honestly I don’t even know how this location is still open.
