- AAAnonymousApr 8, 20261.0Me and my daughter ordered through the drive through which took forever. My daughter ordered the chipotle chicken avocado melt because she loves avocado and I ordered a broccoli cheddar soup as well. When they handed us our order my daughter checked the bag to make sure we had everything. I was missing my baguette for my soup and when my daughter opened up her sandwich it looked like it was very poorly made and it contained no avocado either. They never once mentioned if they were out of avocados and instead they made poorly her sandwich. We were also charged for a drink that at the drive they stated they ran out. We are so disappointed because we paid money to get good quality food and service that we didn’t even receive. I’ve also noticed through these reviews Panera has really gone downhill.

Dylan was the cashier that helped me and he was very friendly and courteous. I didn’t see any drink carriers out so I asked him for one and he went and grabbed me one with zero hesitation so I greatly appreciate that.
