  Quality of the food on this visit was lower than normal (regularly mediocre at best). They have lost sight of personal service. Menu board doesn't stay on one screen long enough to see options. Pretty bad when they mess up a couple mcdoubles. Felt that this trip didn't live up to even the low standards I have come to expect from McDonald's. Edit for response: To the owner, I already did. You should find it in there somewhere. It contains as much details as it would allow me to put. It did give me a code for a buy one get one, I will probably use it just to see if anything improves.

  Dining room needed to be cleaned. Food was okay. Doesn’t do refills on your drink. So I ordered a large coke for 2.00 and then was expected to buy a second drink. The only reason why you choose to eat at McDonald’s is to eat cheap. By charging for refills, it doesn’t make it cheap anymore. I will not be back again.

  All parking spaces on entrance side are for carrier pickup. Service was bad. Food was thrown together and they got our order wrong. Have to ask for straws and napkins and they don't really want to give them to you. Also it's 75 degrees and the heat is on. And no refills on tea sign on wall opposite of ordering kiosk which you are highly encouraged to use since no one is at the counter.

  The food was as good and maybe even a little better than every other McDonalds I've ever been to. I ordered through the mobile app, aince it had a promotional discount. The only reason I am writing a review is because of a strange interaction with the staff who brought out the food. I had ordered 2 SEC biscuits snd a breakfast burrito. 2 grape jelly, 2 honey mustard. When the staff brought the food, she stated that I could only get 1 sauce, and her manager told her that any more than 1 needs to be paid for... I mean....ok. That would be fine, but thats not whats listed on the app. It lets you order up to 10 of every kind of sauce at no cost. When I sat down to eat, I found that there was 1 honey mustard and 4 grape jelly in the bag . 😑. Is honey mustard that much more expensive than jelly? I personally dont care if I need to spend the extra $0.30 to get a second honey mustard, but that is not even possible on the app. I hope that either this store aligns with their corporate application standards or they start correctly listing rates for extra sauces. Thanks

  Service was fast and friendly. Food was hot and fresh. I am not sure what had less taste the chicken nuggets or the honey mustard sauce. Should have known better.
