One of the better McDonalds experiences we have had in a long time. We sat inside. It was actually clean and someone was regularly coming out to clean up. Order came out fast. There was one issue with the food which they fixed promptly. Manager was motivating employees in the back. Music selection was great. Why can’t every McDonalds visit be like this?
Every time i go here for this mcdonalds i never get bacon on my bacon burger. If people dont want bacon on a burger then they would order just a burger but if the title is bacon idk why they never put bacon on. Eother they are to lazy to cook or just horrible in plain sight. Hate going to this mc donalds happens every time.
Ordered QP and put a regular patty instead. Added bacon for $2 upcharge and it was the equivalent of 1/3 of one slice of bacon. Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and gave a regular. Attempted to get order corrected and they provided an undercooked cold sandwich in its place. Also gave the wrong sauces twice

# Extremely poor late-night service and misleading hours
I placed a mobile app order at 10:05 PM for a smoothie and soft serve cone, selecting Table Service / Counter Pickup (both options were available in the app; curbside was not). The store’s posted dining room hours clearly state open until 11:00 PM, and I was well within that window.
Upon arrival in my U-Haul (which is too tall for the drive-thru), I found the dining room doors locked. I stood outside in 41°F weather trying to get staff attention for over 15 minutes with no response. A customer eventually had to shout to the staff that I was there for a pickup order.
When a staff member finally came to the door, he refused to let me in, mumbled something about the drive-thru, and shut the door in my face. I had no choice but to walk through the drive-thru lane on foot. I was completely ignored at the speaker, then had to wait at the second window while staff served cars ahead of me.
I eventually received my order, but the entire experience was frustrating, cold, and completely unnecessary. The app would not let me cancel, the posted hours did not match reality, and basic customer service was nonexistent.
This is not how a major chain should treat paying customers — especially when the dining room is supposedly still open. Strongly recommend avoiding this location for mobile orders after dark.
They messed up the most simple order possible, but literally took forever preparing our order. I figured if it took that long it would atleast be right. had ordered a arch burger for my fiance, for my son a happy meal, and I wanted to try the quarter pounder, we got it in meals so fries were included, but the fries tasted old, and had no flavor whatsoever. And on my quarter pounder I got the arch bun and my fiance got the quarter pounder bun. Also no seasoning whatsoever on the burgers aswell tasted plain. Also ordered a vanilla milkshake but there was literally strawberry in it?!? The manager needs to get their workers to actually do their job properly. By far one of the worst McDonald’s in the area, do NOT order from this location. It’s a waste of damn time & money.
