    This particular Pizza Hut could use some renovations. The customer service was fabulous! And the pizza was delicious today. Normally Pizza Hut is not my favorite. The pizza was not over greased and it melted right in my mouth with the perfect sauce and the perfect cheese yummy

    My wife ordered a family pack. I picked it up on the way home. Got home a found out we were supposed to have wings with our pack. We did not recieve the wings. We've both called to ask to have the charge for the wings returned. All that happens is you get put on a permanent hold. It's obvious that no one will pick the phone up to try to resolve this issue. We will not eat or order from this Pizza Hut again and I will encourage every person I possibly can to do the same!

    I have been working for doordash for a few months now, every time I have had an order for pizza hut it has always been ready every single time that I have walked through the door. This is the first time I have come in and waited for 15 minutes for this order that said it was ready. I believe they are just messing with my time, therefore my money. Not very good service, they decide to serve other people waiting in line after me before serving me. I would recommend another place to get your pizza. Little ceaser

    2nd Edit, 10/31/25 I contacted tasty group (the franchise), who said I would hear from the DM. I never heard anything, so sent another email and was told the DM had tried to contact me. He never did. The lady at tasty group was helpful, and cc'd both the DM and RM and gave me their email addresses. I quickly sent off more information to them, and actually got a call from the RM who apologized profusely, looked up my order and promised me a Visa gift card and coupons. That was 10/20. I sent her my address as requested, and since then....crickets. Nothing. I tried to follow up via email and phone, but have heard nothing. Looks like Robert Rodriguez, the CEO of the franchise group will get the next email. Edited: As of 10/14/25, it's been 10 days. I keep getting promises of "we'll make it right", and I send them the information and don't hear anything back. I'm still $33 out of pocket, and unless they're going to send me gift cards for Marcos (cos why would I order from here again?), I don't want to hem. Just reimburse me my money. Also, Marcos is great, friendly, and know how to deliver hot, fresh tasty pizza. Ordered some food and inadvertently put the wrong delivery address. Tried to call MULTIPLE times to rectify it, with no response. The driver didn't call me, and even the following day, no response trying to call the store. Some lucky sod got free pizza, and I paid for it. It has been escalated through corporate, but I wouldn't mind my $33 back. I'll be using Marcos tomorrow instead for my employee appreciation lunch.
