Half the time they give you the wrong dressing for the salad or no dressing at all and you’re lucky to get utensils to eat your food with. If you go in to order you will also be waiting in line mins before somebody will acknowledge you and take your order . I go all the time and this will now be the last time.

- SFSavannah FrommelDec 15, 20251.0currently writing this review from the drive thru, as i am literally trapped here and cannot get out without going through and have been in line for going on 30 minutes now. wait time is genuinely insane and that’s coming from someone who has worked at panera. they need to get on top of their line times, especially in a fenced in drive thru where people cannot leave if they change their mind while waiting the hour it apparently takes to get to the service window. would love to tell you how my food is but alas, there is still two cars in front of me. will update when i get through the line, which at this rate will probably be twenty minutes from now.

I would have of course left the drive through, but it is so narrow, there is no room to turn around or get out. This is terrible if you have an emergency/ somewhere to be when there is an issue at the window.
