- TOTina OsteenNov 13, 20251.0This was a great place to eat back in the day. I went tonight and I decided before dinner got to the table, I will never go back ever again. They need to understand not everyone likes spicy. It can cause me health issues to eat spicy. And even though it was as simple as ranch sauce. They don't carry regular ranch. It's all spicy now. After spending $150, I'm disgusted. Never again! Try thinking about the people who can't have spicy due to health reasons. Worse dinner ever! Waitress was nice but she couldn't fix the issue. She just suggested we bring our own ranch. Just got home to eat and my food is cold. Shrimp is nasty tasting and now i can't even eat this crap. Hopefully my dogs will. I was ripped off by outback tonight. But it won't happen again. Not sure i should feed this slop to my dogs. And don't trust the cheap bags they give to carry the food out. I reached to pick it up and it ripped. Both bags ripped. Unbelievable! You ripped me off for $150 tonight but you'll never do it again! Next time I'll go to Binions. Had a steak dinner there recently and they know how to make good edible food. Hopefully outback will shut down. What a lousy place to eat now! What are y'all using for seasoning in the steak and shrimp? Whatever it is, throw it out. It was horrible and not edible. Get a good chef.

I had the Shrimp on the Barbie which I love and is normally cooked to perfection at other Outbacks ,However here the shrimp was over cooked, dry and over seasoned with salt as was the blooming onion! Our little waiter was ok, he did his job so not much to say about him!

- BCBrian CooperOct 13, 20252.0Very disappointing! So today is my wife's birthday and she wanted to go to outback for dinner. Well I had to ask about the drink I ordered for a pre-dinner drink. Then I had to ask for a refill for the Coke with dinner and it took awhile to get the salad and the table in behind us that came in at least 10 minutes after us was getting food. My wife asked for chicken tenders and a well done steak. I got a medium well steak and shrimp, hers was a burnt piece of beef jerky and mine was bleeding. The reason we were gave it takes so long was because somebody forgot to do the chicken the problem is the entire meal was cold both hers and mine even the chicken tenders that was supposed to be the reason why it was being brought out late. Are waitresses that we're going to get some taken off for having to wait, we get our check and it is full price and they want a tip we paid $80 wasn't able to eat wasn't even offered nothing for her birthday that the whole saying thing that they usually doand after we paid the bill and she asked how everything was and we complained a little bit she said we should have said something beforehand she knew already that we were upset. We paid $80 to be disappointed. About $98.00 after tax. My final impression of the value of the meal for the price, I wouldn't give $5.00 for what we got. Sorry the salad was good. Sad such an expensive place is so unmanaged.
