I am not normally one to post reviews, however, my experiences at this McDonald’s certainly require one. Every single time I have placed a curbside order, at least the past 5 times, I end up sitting in the parking lot for 30 minutes, which I end up having to go inside to get my order. Even better— once I’m inside and tell them I haven’t gotten my food yet, THAT is when they start making my food. This place is absolutely ridiculous. Even MUCH better, when I went inside to pick up my food today (after again waiting in my car for 30 minutes) I’m in line, and the customer in front of me and the worker proceed to stand there for 6 MINUTES talking about random things and I suppose getting to know one another?? As if there aren’t people in line. Why on earth does a curbside pickup order take over 30 minutes when I live 9 minutes away? Clearly the manager at this establishment either doesn’t know how to manage their staff or they simply don’t care. Regardless, this specific McDonald’s is flat out lazy. It’s also quite funny considering they mark my order “complete” after 10 minutes of me placing it, I’m assuming to make it look like they actually get their orders out in a timely manner. If you want to come to this McDonald’s, go through the drive through. Or simply don’t go at all!

Me and my mother went to their drive thru and ordered a big Mac meal (for me), Double Qurter Pounder (with cheese) (for my mother), and a double qurter pounder (with NO CHEESE) for my brother.
When we got home, my mother found out that her Double qurter pounder had "no "bottom" bun".
Her Double qurter pounder was thrown in the box like no body cared about it.
So she had to eat "mussy" hamburger that looked like it had exploded in the box.
The French fries was also ICE COLD by the time we got them.
UPDATE: Just spoke with the owner (or manager) today who runs this particular restaurant.
The person who i spoke to was extremely nice and was very disappointed on the situation.
She informed me she will check the security cameras to see who had done this so it can be addressed as its a direct violation.

Amazing service from a fine young man. I haven’t been to a McD in years, and found all the touchscreens and app requirements confusing. Food continues to be questionable, but fills your belly.

Pretty average McDonald's. Giving such a low rating because I got all the way to work before I realized they gave me the wrong order entirely and I don't eat what they gave me. Wouldn't be a big deal if I didn't need the food to take with my medicine. I'll make sure to visit the Hendersonville South location instead next time.

This has got to be the WORST McDonalds in Asheville. You wait forever, food is nasty and cold, they refuse to remake it. Their machines are never working. The staff is so rude and nasty. I would give ZERO starts if I could.
