I don't understand why I'm having to deal with bad attitude and argue with the cashier over fries. I'm sorry you're tired of the "damn app" but it's not my fault and it shouldn't be taken out on your customers. I get that it's a thankless job but I just wanted what I paid for without having to argue or be made it feel like I did something wrong.

Which can go a long way with me. Same attitude at the window. It was like she could barely function and hated everyone. It’s crazy there was apparently a shooting at this location yesterday. A few hours later, they were open again. Can’t miss any business…but yet have the worst customer service ever. Half my order was missing, they’d already cleared it off the screen so good thing I had my receipt. Had to wait at least 20 mins. I wouldn’t usually mind, but the food is cold! Went inside and nobody would come to the counter. I guess everyone stays in the back now. It’s disappointing that my closest McDonald’s is so crappy. Hire people who wanna work. How you treat people matters.
