  My husband is happy its finally back open following Hurricane Helene closure. I am normally neutral about the place. Today we stopped for a quick dinner. Its cold out and I wanted a warm toasted sub. Saw this description: Roast Beef & Cheddar is a popular toasted sub featuring savory roast beef, melted cheddar cheese, zesty horseradish sauce, crispy fried onions, fresh lettuce, tomato, onion, and creamy mayo, all served on a warm, freshly baked French bread roll. I like all of those ingredients but maybe not all together. I figured I could take stuff off if I didn't like it. Be patient because they are still training new people. The girl rang in a cold sub. She had them make it again and the correct one. They were apologetic and quickly made the correct one. Normally I get the regular size, they cut it in half and I take half home. Well, be prepared------ I ate every single bite. It was so good, its been 3 hours and I am still thinking about it. I have told at least 3 people about it too. The place was clean. Bathroom stocked and clean. They were friendly and welcoming. Cannot wait to go back for it. I totally didn't expect to like it that much, I didn't even take a photo. So, the photo from their website. Go get one! Amazing sandwich. Cheaper than the McDonald's and chicken fila we passed! Just installed the app to get benefits, crazy good sandwich! Great Job JJ!!

  Got an Italian sub that’s supposed to have double the meat, cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, mayonnaise vinegar and oil. Got home and there was barely any meat on the sandwich and tons of mayonnaise which I Felt like Iwas eating a mayonnaise and lettuce sandwich. It was disgusting and for 18 something dollars there’s no way I would go back. I should have gone there and watched them make it instead of pre-ordering on my phone.

  For about a month every time we try to call in they never answer their phone love their sandwiches but lately are sandwiches. are wrong so I go to call them they still never answer their phone I usually order on line but when they have a notice in red saying no on line order to call in well you call no answer one time we kept calling still no answer well we ordered last time and our sandwiches were made all wrong so tried to call of course no answer so last night I wrote on a paper every thing that was wrong the last time and what we would like our Oder free well they wouldn’t do it as it was not reported he asked them why they don’t answer their phone they said their phones were broke so when he got home and told me I called from 6 pm (having been manager in fast food myself I know how things run) so I knew someone would answer just before closing I talked to. the manager she was very rude to me and I told her I felt we should of had our order free she said no that I had to report it so it’s on the computer I said how can I when you don’t answer your phone I asked her what her name was and she said she would not give it to me oh yeah I told her our order tonight was wrong so I told her I was going to call corporate and said goodnight and hung up the phone
