  They say they close at 7 pm, but I went at 6:05 pm and it was already closed, and the employees were very calm, as if no one had been trying to open the door so we could get in and enjoy some donuts. Terrible service!! 👎

  I've never been to duncan , but I decided to stop and get two dozen donuts for all the guys at work. They tried to give me just one box of doughnuts , so I had to remind them that I was getting two dozen. Had to wait a while to get my other box. Got to work and noticed one of the boxes of donuts seemed like they were a day old. Very dry and not very good. So I opened the other box to find doughnuts that had to be two weeks old. They were hard as a rock. So I spent $30 for some inedible donuts. Thank you so much , Duncan for wasting my time and stealing my money.

  Stale donuts served here. Got a coffee and donut to go. Coffee fresh and hot, donut very stale.

  This particular Dunkin’ needs to check their donuts and make sure they aren’t old, because twice in a row I was served a very hard donut, like literally I could knock on it like it was wood. So disappointing!

  As a daily visitor to Dunkin’ Donuts across the country, this was a horrible experience. I was not greeted nor acknowledged when I came into the location. I stood at the counter in the service area for about 6 minutes without acknowledgment. I was the one to initiate interaction with the cashier by saying ‘Good afternoon, how are you?’ The response I received was ‘what can I get you’. I had a mobile order, but also was there to order additional food—I decided not to order the additional food due to the lack of a welcoming environment. Upon going to grab my mobile order—which ended up being incorrect, the coffee was wrong—I asked the young lady if a manager was available. She advised no, but she was a shift lead. I explained to her the negative experience I was having and she completely disregarded what I was saying and walked off mid conversation. I went back to the cash register and asked for a printout of my receipt so that I could have the store information to which, Ariel, told me she could not reprint receipts—an obvious lie. I next asked for the store location# and managers name so that I could file a complaint, to which Ariel told me she was not allowed to provide that information. I decided to leave so that I would not escalate the situation. Terrible customer service—really no customer service. Disrespectful staff. Lack of care for making the order.
