  Don’t know which worker it was but she gave me a burrito the size of a small child. Excellent experience. Gave me hope for this country.

  I arrived to the store at 10:45AM on a Sunday (when they open) and walked to the door around 10:50AM. The door was locked so I waited for about 10 more minutes. While I was waiting the employees made eye contact with me twice and with no interest in unlocking the door. They seemed to be more interested in to-go orders than serving walk-in customers. That's alright though, I'll go support another business that wants my money. It's not just Chipotle but customer service is lacking in many businesses nowadays. It's exhausting trying to find a good restaurant. Idiocracy the fictional movie is now the reality world we live in.

  Arrived at 2:15/2:20 to eat lunch. They said they close at 3 so whatever was left on the line was what you could choose from (including cheese and lettuce). No substitutions or discounts for being out of half the items. After already waiting for 10 minutes we decided it wasn’t worth it to continue to wait to maybe get something to eat. Horrible management and attitudes towards other guests.

  Today I took advantage of Bogo entrée deal. Treated myself to the Beef Barbacoa with the Brown rice, Black beans, Fajita veggies,Pico, Corn Salsa and Sour Cream. Brought it home and completed with Avocado, Fresh Cilantro and thinly sliced Radishes... Oh... Don't forget the Red Chimmichuri Sauce...

  I am extremely disappointed with the experience my family had at this Chipotle location. Not only was the customer service poor, but the lack of concern for customer safety was unacceptable. My daughter paid for her order with her own money, and her food was stolen from inside the store. Instead of receiving any help, we were met with disrespect and indifference. When we asked for assistance, the female manager refused to give us her name and openly stated that she didn’t care about what happened. She kept repeating that it was “DoorDash’s fault,” even though the theft occurred inside their restaurant, on their premises. Now my daughter has to wait for someone else to address this issue, simply because the staff and management refused to take any responsibility in the moment. For a restaurant of this size, food orders should be placed in a secure, designated area to ensure that not just anyone can walk in and take someone’s meal. This is a basic safety and customer service expectation. I am requesting that a district manager or regional manager contact me directly regarding this situation. No customer—especially a young one spending their own money—should be treated with such disregard, and no family should feel dismissed when asking for help with an issue that happened inside the store. This manager stated this is policy that once food is made its is not the responsibility of Chipotle. So what they are saying is they dont care if you spend your hard earned money. And your food is stolen or what if the food was poisoned do to inadequate safety of their patrons.
