While I was waiting the employees made eye contact with me twice and with no interest in unlocking the door. They seemed to be more interested in to-go orders than serving walk-in customers. That's alright though, I'll go support another business that wants my money. It's not just Chipotle but customer service is lacking in many businesses nowadays. It's exhausting trying to find a good restaurant. Idiocracy the fictional movie is now the reality world we live in.

No substitutions or discounts for being out of half the items. After already waiting for 10 minutes we decided it wasn’t worth it to continue to wait to maybe get something to eat. Horrible management and attitudes towards other guests.
