I used my lunch break to come and and then spent 30 minutes here and had to go inside anyways to get my order because they told me to come up to the front door and not a parking space, so I had to move. the lady who just got on her shift was nice but some older lady was giving me crap about not being in a parking spot when she told me to go to the front door. she said you should’ve went to a parking spot; well I should’ve had my food 20 mins prior to this. I’d rather just make the drive to another location than come back here.

Due to the lackluster AI you really need a screen showing what it is doing to your order because we had no way of knowing it did that. AI is still awful and unreliable, you must have a way to check it no matter what at this stage.

Now infuriated at the fact that I spent my ENTIRE lunch break waiting in the drive thru, I promptly left. This type of service and absurd and ridiculous. I will never recommend Bojangles as long as this behavior persists.
