The lobby was filthy. We had to clean our own table. It was a Saturday night and the place only had two other couples in the lobby and 2 cars in drive thru (that should have been a clue). It took 20 min for us to get our food. The staff were on their cell phones and joking amongst themselves while othetes were running around "acting" busy; HELLO, there are no customers! This is on a busy highway that should have otherwise been slammed on a Saturday night. I guess the locals know better. The food was pitiful. I am including a picture of what we ordered compared to their menu photo. Total rip off. If the franchise owner is wondering what's happening at this location, here's your clue. New management is need (and a thorough cleaning).

Dirty. We went to bathrooms first and they were terrible! So bad, I didn't order food there. The teens ate, but I wasn't taking the chance. If the bathrooms looked like that, what did the kitchen look like? I sat in the car while they ate. One of the teens even stated the bathroom was too dirty to B use but ordered food anyway.

Owner is too cheap to hire staff. They are too busy to only have 2 or 3 people working, especially at peak hours. 20+ minutes to wait for your order is way too long. With all the unhappy people waiting, no wonder the employees don't smile.

The man working on 11/22/25 around 7:29 in drive thru was extremely rude and kept messing up 3 people orders and put a beef and cheader sandwich back on the hot waiting area to be served again after it passed the window. I highly recommend not eating here because you don't know whether your food you order can be trusted to eat.
