    What the hell was going on last night, guys? I'm disappointed. I had a long day and wanted to treat myself to some chicken sliders and mozzarella sticks (a very balanced meal, I know). But the mozzarella sticks were literally empty tubes of fried batter. All stick, no mozzarella. And the chicken on the sliders was completely overcooked and rubbery. I also got the peach cobbler rolls and that was also inedible. The whole meal was completely inedible. What a waste of 20 bucks. I really don't like making serious complaints like this but it really was the worst food I've received from a restaurant in recent memory. I considered calling customer service or something but I'm a dumbass and I immediately threw out my receipt before "eating" so I guess whining on the Internet is all I have left. Not to be dramatic but Arbys is like one of two fast food places I actually liked and I think this experience changed that.

    Order number dt398 Came through the drive-thru today. Was made to pull forward. Waited for 10 minutes after pulling forward and was given the bag was sauces out of the bag. I caught that by asking do they remember to put the sauces in? She did not so she had me follow her in to get the sauces. After getting it back, had to run home crying 2-month-old infant at the house. 30 minutes later was able to check my bag. Missing my wife's food out of the bag. Called the store to let them know about the issue and it was blamed on a a trainee. So instead of the management staff taking responsibility they blamed it on their trainee saying it was their fault. They're the ones handling the bags versus saying it was their fault. They should have checked behind their trainee after every order. Missing two sandwiches and a fry. The whole point of coming out and grabbing food was not to have to cook or figure out food at the house to try to make it easy on my wife after she had to work all day. Then come home to a crying infant and to be disrespected on the phone and have this all blamed on. Someone knew that is new to the restaurant. Seems a bit insensitive.

    The lobby was filthy. We had to clean our own table. It was a Saturday night and the place only had two other couples in the lobby and 2 cars in drive thru (that should have been a clue). It took 20 min for us to get our food. The staff were on their cell phones and joking amongst themselves while othetes were running around "acting" busy; HELLO, there are no customers! This is on a busy highway that should have otherwise been slammed on a Saturday night. I guess the locals know better. The food was pitiful. I am including a picture of what we ordered compared to their menu photo. Total rip off. If the franchise owner is wondering what's happening at this location, here's your clue. New management is need (and a thorough cleaning).

    Dirty. We went to bathrooms first and they were terrible! So bad, I didn't order food there. The teens ate, but I wasn't taking the chance. If the bathrooms looked like that, what did the kitchen look like? I sat in the car while they ate. One of the teens even stated the bathroom was too dirty to B use but ordered food anyway.
