  This is a shop that deceives and defrauds its customers. You must be careful, as the price listed on the display shelf differs from the price actually printed on the receipt. When I pointed out the discrepancy and demanded that the price be corrected to match the shelf label, they simply removed the price tag and refused my request, citing the absence of a manager as their excuse. All they told me was to come back the next day. This is a place that lies, commits fraud, and engages in deceit. It is a place I will never visit again.

  Its ok bilingual, but you should be able to speak english if you work on taking peoples orders. I had to leave because she couldn't understand what I was ordering!

  I like to swing by this location before work in the mornings. The young man, Edgar, who works at the window is always so polite, and I've never had an issue with my drink here. I recommend this Dunkin' for the service alone.

  This has to be one of the worst Dunkin locations. BWW was completely cold (cheese not even melted) and the employees aren’t making anyone feel welcome.

  Myself and two friends met at this Dunkin on 3/24/26 at 5:15pm. Closing time on door, on web said close at 7pm. At 6:15, a guy who was working behind the counter came and told us they were closed and we needed to leave. When I asked about the closing time of 7:00pm, and that it was 6:15pm, he said to me, “you can come back tomorrow.” We left and still others were trying to go through drive thru, people were still turned away at door. If given an explanation or talked to without being rude, it could have been handled differently. Will not return.
