- CHChris HammApr 9, 20263.0This Chick-fil-A makes no sense…they want you to go through a specific drive thru line if you placed a mobile order but yet they still take regular orders thru that line as well….it backs the mobile order line up ridiculously long while the other line is relatively short. The more saturated the area becomes with Chick-fil-A, the worse they get.
- APAnna PalmerMar 13, 20261.0I drove from Johnson City Tennessee to Hendersonville last Saturday to meet my brother and I picked up some Chick-fil-A for a late lunch for four of my kids. I ordered two five count kids meals one with apple sauce, one with fries one with juice one with lemonde. I got an original sandwich meal with extra pickles large with a half and half tea with lemon and I got one granola parfait and three large waters. I asked for extra ketchup and they gave me two so two of my kids had ketchup with their kids meals and there was no ketchup for my two to split the sandwich meal. They were out of apple sauce which they told me after we were in a parked waiting place and I said that's fine so we got fries instead, we get down the road on the interstate and there are no kid's toys in the bags. There was also no receipt in the bag so I couldn't scan the receipt for points in my app. I have the sticky printed tag from the bag. I have worked for five Chick-fil-A restaurants and been a kitchen manager at one so I know this isn't normal protocol but we won't be returning here again.
