I waited an excessive amount of time in the drive-thru only to receive an incomplete order. When I checked the bag and tried to get the missing item corrected, I had to wait even longer just to be acknowledged. The employee at the window didn’t offer an apology , instead, they slammed the window and told me to pull forward, which meant waiting again. The whole experience was frustrating, disrespectful, and honestly not worth it. I wouldn’t even bring my dog here.

Let and went to McDonald's. I wouldn't even complain if it was every now and then, but it's every single time. Why can't Wendy's hire people who want to work. These people look like they don't even want to be there. Done with this Wendy's. If anyone is thinking about going there , be prepared to wait.
