After placing my order at the drive-thru and paying, the cashier handed us our straws first and told us to hold on. A moment later, she passed us our food but never returned our change. We waited, assuming it was an oversight. When we brought it to their attention, the manager checked the register and stated that the drawer was not over. Despite that claim, we still did not receive our change. This is extremely concerning. Whether it was a mistake or something else, customers should not have to question whether they’re receiving the correct amount of money back. The lack of accountability and resolution was frustrating and unprofessional. If you value your money, I would consider going elsewhere.
