  If I could give this Domino’s 0 stars, I definitely WOULD. I work for a nonprofit in North Carolina and we ordered dominoes all over the state. This has to be the absolute worst. I Made an order on March 12 to be delivered on March 13 to the Civic Center at Vance Granville community college. The order was supposed to be delivered at 10:45 AM. I got a notification that the order was delivered at 11:45 AM. My team on site called me and told me that the pizza had never been delivered. Mind you there are signs with the Civic Center all over it on the college campus. I called Domino’s back at 11:45 and told them that I didn’t get my delivery. The representative assured me that they would re-deliver the order. At 12:45 PM I got another message from my team on site saying that they still had not received the order. Mind you, our events end at 2pm. I called the Domino’s back and the representative assured me he would call the delivery worker and call me back directly. Needless to say, I never got a call back. I spent the rest of my Friday, trying to contact the store with no answer. Being on hold for over an hour. I finally called corporate. They assured me that somebody from the owner’s office would call me. Today is March 27 and I still have not received a call. I called corporate back and corporate told me they received a message from that dominoes apologizing, but refusing a refund. I explained that I worked for a nonprofit, We spend our money Helping provide those in North Carolina with free OTC medications. We desperately need our refund Especially when we did not get our product. I called the store back today. Needless to say I spent an hour on hold another 30 minutes on hold after that with no answer still. I’m writing in this review to tell other organizations and individuals don’t waste your time ordering here. I’m also writing in this review to reach out to the management or the ownership team. I am extremely disappointed, and at this point the only thing I want is a refund for a product that we did not receive. I would love to receive a refund or at least someone to call me and say that they apologize. Altogether my order was about $62.

  TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! Pizza wasn’t done all the way. How you have a pizza but didn’t cut any slices on it?? How do you serve CHICKEN ALFREDO with NO CHICKEN. How do you have chicken bites the size of a penny?? What did you serve scraps??? WASTE OF 40!! Customer service non existent!! Was on hold for 30 mins & hung up.

  I ordered 3 medium pizzas for delivery and they only sent me 2, I called the store multiple times trying to get someone on the phone and no one would answer, the delivery guy called my phone when he was delivering my food so I had his number I told him before he left I ordered 3 and he only gave me 2. He said they only sent him 2 pizzas so I texted him asking If he could tell someone to pick up the phone so they could fix it but he looked at my Message and never responded so I called his phone and he didn't answer definitely wouldn't order from them again

  Highly disappointed with the quality of the pizza. Got off work at 12am & come home to this 🤮
