  I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the service and management at your Havelock store. This letter is to address the unprofessional conduct of Mr. Jones, the manager, whose actions have significantly detracted from my family's dining experiences on two separate occasions. The first incident occurred during a family meal at the restaurant. I was deeply disturbed to overhear Mr. Jones verbally berating a waitress in a manner that was both unprofessional and demeaning. His behavior included shouting and using derogatory language, which created a hostile environment. I am particularly concerned about the alleged retaliation against the employee for threatening to contact Human Resources, which, if true, is unacceptable. The second incident took place when I placed an order through DoorDash. Due to the delivery driver's lack of base access, I contacted the store to request that my order be remade and redelivered. Mr. Jones refused this request, stating, "Not my problem, I'm not remaking your food." This response was not only unhelpful but also demonstrated a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. Given these experiences, I am compelled to reconsider dining at your establishments in the future. I urge you to investigate Mr. Jones's behavior and take appropriate action to prevent further negative impacts on your business and its patrons. His conduct is detrimental to the reputation of your brand and could potentially lead to the closure of the Havelock store if left unaddressed.   Most of their customers are either delivery or pickup, so dining in is very peaceful. The staff are very polite and kind. Inside is very clean.

  This is the 2nd time we have went to this location for the Way Back Wednesday deal. We live in Swansboro, but that location does not have the salad bar for some reason unfortunately. We were very pleased with the food and staff tonight. Very friendly ladies working the floor tonight around 6:45pm.
