- BBBarbara BlackMar 23, 20261.0I have went to this McDonald's 3x and keeps getting worst...my large fry was filled only half way and cold and stale...the 2nd visit...I asked for a bigmac and the Lettuce was brown and the bread was stale and burnt...this will be my last time at this particular McDonald's...I do not eat fast food and thought since it's conveniently on the base and I would eat my favorite fries of all fast foods, but very disappointed...the employees have been friendly...and I would not have went on here to state my complaints but no one has answered the phones when I call...

My order is always messed up in one way or another. If you ask for extra sauce they give you none, if you ask for no egg cuz your allergic....they will still put it on there, I asked for a bagel and got two bottoms and they were hard as rocks and unedible....Never going here again. -100/10 don't go here.

Orders are always incorrect at the drive-thru no matter how many times you repeat it, they never give you the correct size of anything you ask for either. The quality of service seems to decline each visit. Today I left without receiving my food or a refund due to being so frustrated with the staff
