I called 40 minutes later to see where the pizza was and the manager informed me that the order had been ready for 20 minutes and I could "come get it any time." I told him I requested delivery online and his response was "I don't control the Internet." Well, I would hate for you to try to do anything to make the situation better or even be the slightest bit apologetic! And at what point do you call the customer to let them know? A simple, your order is ready. It's just sitting here taking up space on my rack, getting cold would have been nice.
