The managers will sit in their car after 10:00 at night and answer the drive-thru from their cars. I literally caught them doing this tonight. The one manager got so nasty that she made me repeat the order three times when she knows she what it was and then had the nerve to say. Wow to me. Do not go here. I'm telling you right now. It is complete anarchy in this place and they need desperate management help.

Tonight I stopped and got the 20 piece and two fries, times are hard.. and my meal was hot. Even with waiting to get home to eat. I worked all day, haven't eaten.. and yall didnt disappoint! Please thank your staff for me. Because you never know if the meal being served is with the last 10 dollars someone has. I appreciate the fact it was right the first time.

They are far too slow and incompetent and if you go through the drive thru you WILL be asked to pull forward and park somewhere else and then have to wait an inordinate amount of time for them to bring it out to you. This is only because they have a stupid set of metrics that they are graded by and they can't have anyone at the window for more than like 30 seconds without it counting against them and since they can't work fast enough to accommodate the drive-thru window metrics, they resort to this dumb stuff to massage the numbers and make themselves look good but make you wait longer and longer and longer. You should always use the mobile parking spots and make them bring it out to you anyway, since that's what's going to happen regardless. Ordering one item and feel bad about having them bring it out? Is it raining? Don't worry about it, because they don't care either.
