    Store has a sign saying they are open today and yet I am sitting here and not a soul here and the building is locked completely down. Absolute trash. There is no reason not to be open today and thanks to this I lost money

    This place deserves zero stars! On Jan 18, 2026 at approximately 4:45 pm. I went thru the drive thru, Linda told me to pull up to the next window, before I left the window, I asked Linda for Ketchup, she replied we'll put it in the bag, I told her I'll take the ketchup now please, she rolled her eyes and slammed the ketchup in my hand and slammed the window shut. Of course I went inside to voice what happened, Manager Chris gave me a refund. Linda need to be trained how to treat customers. The customer service I received from Linda was terrible! I will not be returning to this McDonalds.

    Didn't give me an item, wanted me to drive all the way back and present my phone. I know the system can look up my order. Bad McDonalds and this is why I'm against $20+ dollars for fast food workers. Your labor isn't worth that!
