  This was the WORST subway restaurant experience I’ve ever had in my life. I don’t even want to give 1 star. DO NOT EAT HERE!! The lady who worked at the store built my sandwich wrong. She received my online order and did not pay attention that I only requested mayonnaise and Baja chipotle sauce. She put sweet onion chicken teriyaki sauce. The sandwich tasted sweet so I opened it up and saw huge amount of teriyaki sauce. I went back inside the store and told the lady that I didn’t want this sauce and was met with immediate hostility. As soon as I walked back inside she said “what’s wrong?”, and when I explained to her she started arguing with me. She kept going back and forth with me telling me this sauce comes with the chicken teriyaki sandwich. While I understand its suggested, I specifically asked not to have this sauce. She was incredibly rude. She told me she’s teaching me how to order so this doesn’t happen again. And I told her this isn’t my first time eating at a subway lol. I’ve gotten this same sandwich made at numerous locations for many years and no one has ever had a problem making the sandwich without the sauce. I repeatedly told her there’s no reason to have an attitude or argue with me over a sandwich. In the end, I told her to give me a refund and I don’t even want her to make my food with that energy. She was hostile, rude, and arguing with me non stop. I showed her my subway app order where the sauce isn’t on my order. She could have fixed this easily but instead chose to argue with me. I don’t recommend anyone to eat here ever. They need to fire her. I asked for her name but she refused to tell me.

  Subs are not what it used to be. The bread is now always hard like its baked for too long or maybe it could be old. They barely put toppings on your food. I used to online order alot but now I just go in because my sandwich is not made as well. Management must have changed. This used to be a great spot to eat but the food is not as good anymore.

  The manager Rachel ( that may not be her name) but thats what she told me was so rude. I wanted turkey instead of ham on my protein wrap and she told me I couldn't substitute it which I never hurd of subway telling me that. I then noticed her every and customer service was off so I told her and I wasnt being rude but honest she then told me to go to the other subway and shes not fixing my food. I asked for the person above her and corporate number she said find it yourself then told me she was gonna call the police on me because I need to leave. Super rude and unprofessional.
