When I brought it to the staff’s attention, instead of receiving an apology or appropriate concern, I was told that I was the only person who had ever complained about hair in their food and was questioned as if I were at fault. The experience was uncomfortable and unprofessional. I will not be returning to this location.

It's to the point that if I can't go to this location then I won't go at all. Every single time it is 100% on point. I don't know how they do it because I alter my wrap (chicken thai wrap: substitute chicken with bacon, no wontons, add tomato, avocado mash, extra cilantro). And I get a Bahama Mama with whey protein. Not only do they get my order right and it taste amazing but, they are aways soooo pleasant and kind. I would give them a thousand stars if I could.

They are always smiling and easy to chat with. Today I came and one of the guys was holding the door Fri a young lady and even helped her out to her car! You gotta appreciate businesses like this! And, their smoothies and bowls are great also!
