The customer service was some of the worst I’ve ever dealt with. The woman in the blue shirt, who appeared to be the manager, was incredibly rude and dismissive instead of trying to help. On top of that, a tall employee in a grey shirt was openly cursing, which is completely unprofessional, especially in front of customers. This place used to be great. The previous manager, the one with the two kids, was always so kind and welcoming, and the store was run far better when she was here. Ever since she left, the quality of service has gone downhill fast. The food was okay, but the experience was horrible. If I ever return and experience anything like this again, I will be sure to address it directly with management or corporate. Poor leadership, disrespectful staff, and a serious lack of professionalism. I won’t be recommending this location.

I only get “latte w/ almond milk” no flavor/sweetner; you would think it’s rocket science but others seem to get it wrong. I order head most days and it’s always ready when I arrive! They haven’t messed up yet on a drink! The guys are always super friendly and joyful when I go in! It seems the management here has done a fine job training which is rare! The atmosphere is quiet if you’re going in! The drive thru can be a bit long so prepare for that, but they do seem to get the line moving pretty quickly. Food has always been hot when I order as well. Always enjoy stopping by to grab morning coffee! Recommend!
