The staff is fine- no complaints! We eat here multiple times a month and we’re thankful to have a go to fast casual spot in the area.

When I ordered a sofritas bowl, the employee tried to scrape together burnt leftovers from the bottom of the container instead of informing me it was unavailable. The food was clearly overcooked and not fit to be served. When I requested fresh sofritas, the employee responded rudely and only then said they were out of it. This should have been communicated upfront instead of attempting to serve burnt scraps. What’s even more frustrating is that if I hadn’t questioned it, I likely would have been charged for sofritas without actually receiving it. This kind of service is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the store’s professionalism and food quality standards. I expect better transparency and basic courtesy from staff. Very disappointing experience. BTW walked out with out ordering food.
