  Not very good poorly managed. We got a biscuit today. A crumbled all in our hands. Look like a sausages was half bitten into. Let alone it was burnt the smithereens.. The cloud of the food is really dropped tremendously. The restaurant smells as a funky foul odor. Restaurant definitely needs a makeover or remodel.

  1 star overall simply because I can't give zero. Terrible service, food barely edible and horrible atmosphere. Took a good 15 minutes to get my order taken and had to wait next to a smelly homeless man all the while. Another 20 or so minutes later I finally got my food. Sausage biscuit tasted like it had sugar in it, seasoned fries tasted like nothing but pepper. Napkin dispensers were empty, dining room tables were dirty, the bathroom faucet seemed to be broken as it never shut off. NO SWEET TEA WAS AVAILABLE. And as if all that weren't enough the homeless man walked in and out of the dining room several times cursing and rambling. Worst of all, even after the homeless man left the restaurant still smelled faintly of sewage. This was by far one of the worst experiences I've had at a Bojangles ever. This place needs employees that actually take pride in working and care about the restaurant environment and serving EDIBLE food.

  Customer service here is sooo unreal…. Just stand in the lobby. Nobody takes my order. Just crazy

  45 minutes to get the meal! And the workers very tuff and very disrespectful and then there was no biscuits!! I told them no biscuits so she said show me the box! She checked in the chicken box 🙄 not recommended at all and if there zero star I will give them i will, I hope if there’s a manager just want to do his job to speak with

  This place is absolutely nasty. The food was left uncovered the whole time we were there and filthy. We waited a long time for someone to take our order just to find the employee squatting behind the counter looking at her phone. Had to yell out to get her attention. We ordered and got our drinks and waited, and waited forever for someone to tell us they didn't get our ticket to make our order. The employees were just standing around. Only 1 person waiting on food inside and no one in the drive thru. We asked for our money back and left.
