I took a sip (after I left the parking lot unfortunately) and quite literally gagged. In my cup was hot foamy milk, that’s it. How does a coffee shop FORGET the coffee in a drink??

I have never had a bad experience other than the drive thru line being a little long but that’s normal. But today I got my large frozen coffee and there was more whipped cream than I had actual coffee. Not sure if it was somebody new maybe making the coffee today but this was a rip off. I wish I had realized it while at the window.

KC, the manager, and Rachel, the assistant, are always professional and treat you like family. Their customer service is outstanding, and the kindness and smiles from all the staff always start your day off right. And to the complainers (because I’ve seen a few): maybe find a hobby that suits your bad attitude… like arguing with parking meters, yelling at clouds, or licking batteries to see if they’re still good.
