They were told that they were out of white meat. I told Uber Eats I’d pick up my order. This Bojangles told me my order was ready for pick up. Got to the store and told the young cashier who I was and he immediately knew who I was. Called for a manager who came out from wherever with food in his mouth. When I told him the situation he called for different manager and he came out like someone had awakened him from a nap. I explained my situation to him and he looked totally perplexed. I showed him on my phone where it clearly stated that my order was ready. He told me he didn’t understand why it would say that because they were out of white meat chicken. A lady came in carrying some drinks or whatever and he told her he needed her help. She asked what the problem was and he explained to her the situation. They immediately tried to blame Uber Eats for the mixup. This Bojangles is clearly a rip off franchise. Poorly run and maintained. How do you run out of white chicken pieces? I did receive a refund from Uber Eats but I will never go to this Bojangles store again. Their franchise license should be revoked!
